Tl;Dr: headed home after a great trip.
Arriving in Tolouse was a rather involved affair. Chaz and I caught a train after finishing 62 miles, a tight fit on the bicycle car. The train station.was out first clue that we were in a big city – very full of people. We rode into the central district on our bikes as a crawling pace – every horizontal surface had people, scooters, baby carriages, cars, or more people on it.
Our AirBnb was puzzling – getting into the the front door was easy, but the security gate, tiny elevator, and ultimately taking 3 flights of stairs in the pitch dark and high heat of the day felt like we were in an escape room trying to find our way out. Once we got the door open the rental was quite nice. Top (4th) floor of a building right in the central district.

After some showering and packing (early departure in the morning) Bruce & I got some pizza at a popular place near by. Must have been 90 minutes plus for small salad and pizza. While we waited we were treated to pre-Bastille Day fireworks.
